Our commitment

We want you to receive genuine refrigerant, properly filled and undamaged. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right under the terms below. Because refrigerant is a regulated hazardous material, returns work differently than ordinary products.

Damaged or defective product

If a cylinder arrives damaged, leaking, or does not meet the specification ordered, do not use it. Isolate it safely, follow the Safety Data Sheet, and contact us within [NUMBER] days of delivery with your order number and photos. For verified defects we will, at our option, replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Returns of unopened product

Authorized returns of unopened, undamaged cylinders may be accepted within [NUMBER] days of delivery. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by us in advance, and must be shipped back in compliance with U.S. DOT hazardous-materials rules (49 CFR) using a qualified carrier. A restocking fee of [PERCENT]% may apply. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

What we cannot accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of: opened, partially used, or contaminated refrigerant; cylinders without an approved RMA; product damaged after delivery through misuse or improper storage; or any item returned outside DOT-compliant hazmat shipping.

Order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only with our written consent before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product (or confirming a defect). Original hazmat shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.
